UK Delivery - £3.50- I am currently working through a backlog due to an influx of large orders at the beginning of this year. Please contact me in regards to current timescales. Once your item is ready, you will receive a dispatch email and item will be sent first class signed for with Royal Mail.

Please bear this in mind - it is only me running the show so I’m extremely grateful for your patience. Your piece is handmade with a lot of love though xx

International Delivery - £8.00 Please see for timescales. Once your item is ready, you will receive a dispatch email and item will be sent Tracked International delivery via Royal Mail.

Delivery times vary depending on country and your delivery service but can take anywhere up to 10 working days to arrive. If you would like to pay for a faster service, please email me after you have placed your order and I can discuss with you the other options and prices.

Returns and Refunds Policy 

Once you have placed your order, due to it being custom and made to order, as per trading standard laws, this cannot be cancelled. Please note that the Statutory right to cancel an order and receive a full refund under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 does not apply to personalised or made to order items.

If you are not entirely happy with your product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item to arrange a replacement or credit note. We will email you the postal address to return your item to. We do recommend you use recorded/tracked delivery as Roses + Whiskey will not be held responsible for any missing postal items. You will have 7 days to return your item once making your replacement/ credit note claim in order for it to be actioned. 

  • All items must be returned unused, unworn and in its original undamaged packaging. 
  • Any items received back in an unsaleable condition will be returned back to you minus the any replacement/credit note. 

Crystal Care

When not being worn, store your jewellery in the pouch or box that it came in. This will minimise the effects of sunlight and the environment. Please avoid all contact with water, body lotions, perfumes, sun creams, cleaning products and make up as these will affect the plating.
